My Therapy Approach

Hi, my name is Zoe Sewart and I am the founder of Blooming Brain
Clinical Health Therapies.

I am an award-winning accredited Psychological Therapist with over 10 years experience working across NHS and charity services, supporting adults and children in both clinical and leadership roles.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I offer compassionate, evidence-based treatment tailored to your individual needs.

I also work closely with a trusted network of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, and Pharmacists to provide high-quality, holistic neurological assessment, diagnosis and treatment for common mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Individual Therapy
£65.00

Sessions are 50–60 minutes.
Available in person or online.

Therapy sessions integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT and EMDR, tailored to individual needs.
Fees reflect clinical preparation, formulation, and professional expertise.

Family-based Psychological Therapy
£95.00

Sessions are 50–60 minutes.
Available in person or online.

Systemic therapy focuses on relational, family, and environmental factors that influence psychological wellbeing. The approach is informed by systemic and trauma-informed principles that are adapted to developmental needs.

Sessions may include
> Families or caregivers supporting a child
> Parent-only consultations
> Couple or relational work where appropriate.

Specialist Neurodevelopmental Assessment
£795.00

We provideperson-centred neurodevelopmental assessments for adults delivered by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Our pathway brings together specialist psychological therapists, ADHD and Autism assessors, pathway navigators and Consultant Psychiatry, with psychiatric review and diagnosis where appropriate.

We aim to make the assessment process clear, supportive and neuro-affirming, helping you better understand yourself and identify the right next steps.

*Cost covers full assessment process, diagnostic review and feedback. Onward referral to prescribing Pharmacist has separate fees.
