My Therapy Approach

Hi, my name is Zoe Sewart and I am the founder of Blooming Brain
Clinical Health Therapies.

I am an award-winning accredited Psychological Therapist with over 10 years experience working across NHS and charity services, supporting adults and children in both clinical and leadership roles.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I offer compassionate, evidence-based treatment tailored to your individual needs.

I also work closely with a trusted network of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, and Pharmacists to provide high-quality, holistic neurological assessment, diagnosis and treatment for common mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Individual Therapy
£65.00

Sessions are 50–60 minutes.
Available in person or online.

Therapy sessions integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT and EMDR, tailored to individual needs.
Fees reflect clinical preparation, formulation, and professional expertise.

Family-based Psychological Therapy
£95.00

Sessions are 50–60 minutes.
Available in person or online.

Systemic therapy focuses on relational, family, and environmental factors that influence psychological wellbeing. The approach is informed by systemic and trauma-informed principles that are adapted to developmental needs.

Sessions may include
> Families or caregivers supporting a child
> Parent-only consultations
> Couple or relational work where appropriate.

Specialist Psychological Assessment
£300.00

Sessions are over approximately 3-4 hours.
Available in person and online.

This includes comprehensive extended assessment and formulation sessions for complex presentations.

> Neurodevelopmental assessments (ADHD, Autism, specific learning difficulties, complex PTSD).
> Clinical formulation and report writing to GPs, solicitors and wider service providers.
> Concise reports for GPs, solicitors, and other providers.
> Liaison with schools, healthcare professionals, or multidisciplinary teams
> Onward referral to Trusted Psychiatry and Pharmaceutical intervention for medication prescribing
